About Me:

I grew up with country music, listening to my dad play the drums in various bars, honky tonks and pubs. I was always fascinated with how easy he made it look singing and playing the drums. In 1992 I started going to karaoke bars and found that I had a pretty good voice. I started singing all the old country and some 50's stuff and learned quickly how to work the crowd. In 1998, my dad had knee surgry and passed his sticks to me. I played for The River Town Opery in Buckner Missouri. I was with that group for about 5 years, playing stage shows and fairs. I had the privilage to record with these fine musicians at "The Loft Recording Studio" in Max Creek, Missouri.
In 2003,I left the group and went out on my own. I ended up with Larry Stoker at "Live Oaks Studios" in Buckner. Although nothing ever came from it other then a Demo CD, the experience was well worth the time and effort.
I met my wife, Teri, in 2004 and with her classical background in music opened me up to a whole new world. In 2005 I landed a gig with Rick West, at "The Rick West Theater" in Independence Missouri. I played with a great group of guys for about a year. Thats about the only good thing I c an say about Rick West. Live and learn....lol
Anyway, I'm back to doing karaoke shows where ever I can find them. In the meantime, it's karaoke on the weekends.
