"broken lady"

no not a larry gatlin song..(wondering how many of you know who larry gatlin is... )i fractured my ankle earlier this evening....
it's really throbbing right now in spite of elevating it and keeping ice on it
OUCH!!!

thanks for the comment on my "broken lady " blog... and concern about my ankle.. i didn't realize garlic was a natural inflamatory..
..yes the gatlin brothers are tops...
do you have any videos you could post here ?

Hi Helga... poor thing. That must really, really hurt. Lots of ice and anti-inflammatories may be a good idea too. Garlic is a natural one. And hey... who doesn't know Larry, Steve & Rudy? I met 'em in Myrtle Beach, and went to the same doctor as Larry for allergy probs while doing 'Legends' shows there. Great, great entertainers.
