Tributes Radio

WOW! Is that a hard question or what? Living in Memphis, I have seen a Bunch and even went other places to see them. In 1990, I went to Illinois where I saw Trent Carlini, who looks and sounds even better in his shows today!

During August, several years, I had the opportunity to see Jesse Aron and Kavan, who, are phenomenal performers. These two guys do a fantastic job, so the best I have ever seen??
Maybe these two?? Just my opinion. Or maybe I am still waiting for it! Show us whatcha got!
Oh. Wait! I just HAVE to add Somebody else! Walt Sanders, One of my ALL TIME FAVORITES!!! He is just awesome!

Well, Well, I have seen all the guys from Texas and I had to pick up that phone and call Jesse Aron for the best show I could put together. We did 10 different towns back in 04. Recently, (March 28th) was the best of all. It was held at the East Texas Jamboree in East Texas on Lake Sam Rayburn. We had people from Shreveport to Beaumont, from Bryan to Lufkin and all over East Texas. A lot of these folks had seen many ETA's from Vegas to Branson and they said that "Jesse is the best we have ever seen". Jesse put on a fabulous show with his wife Tarie Aron as "Marilyn". Great Crowd, Great Show and great hospitality. The newspapers were so excited we had front page stories in Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Jasper, Center and San Augustine. If you google (Jesse Aron East Texas Jamboree) some of the stories will pop up. Love the new web site.

I saw Brandon Bennett put on a show in Memphis back in 2003 that was awesome! I could not believe his talent at such a young age.

I think Shawn Klush really put on a show that made me believe I was at an ELVIS show - amazing. However - to be truly moved by the music and vocal performance - few if any do it better than Jesse Aron. Versions of what he does brings tears to my eyes...

Thank you very much for that awesome compliment. I just love the music so much and I try to show everyone how much through my tribute to the greatest entertainer the worlds ever known......

HEY JESSE ARON....Dude, I have to say.....I have yet to see you perform and I look forward to that day, but I LOVE what I have heard on your page and I can tell that you REALLY capture something about Elvis that few do. As I have said before, NONE of us sound as much like Elvis as we THINK we do, but it is the FEELING that is the key....and YOU have the FEELING and the SPIRIT bro...keep up the good work. I look forward to meeting you someday.

Ricky

okay I finally dug deep into my mind and I do recall one of the best I have seen. It was back in 2003 in Milwaukee Wisconsin at Potowantomi Casino. It was my first contest and Garry Wesley was headlining the show. I had always heard about Gary but never met him. Well I was sick and lost my voice at my first contest which sucked lol but I made the finals, While I was back stage waiting to compete in the finals in comes Garry Wesley and he walked right up to me and said hey nice to meet you I heard a lot about you and I hope youre okay I heard you were sick.......Wow what a wonderful first impression. So after the contest part was over I went out to the theater to watch Garry perform, and let me tell you WOW the guy put on a fantastic show with great moves great vocals just overall I was impressed! He did all 3 eras and did them well! I have since become great friends with him and Elaine and it's always a pleasure to see them perform.......

I have to agree that Garry Wesley is absolutely amazing. I had the honour of seeing him perform with the Jordanaires back in 2004 at the Oshawa Civic Centre. They were doing the show "'ROCKIN' ON HEAVEN'S DOOR". It was more or less a legends type of show with Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, Patsy Cline.

That was one incredible night to remember. I had the chance to meet one of my Jordanaires favs that night Ray Walker after emailing him on and off since 2001... when I saw him perform in Toronto Elvis: The Concert.. After that concert in Oshawa, I was an honourable guest of the Jordanaires at a VIP Luncheon (Buffet) they had after the show.. it was quite the night. :) Charmaine

Seen them all, been to them all over the last 15 years but undoubtedly the greatest tribute show that I've ever see to ELVIS that is, was in 2000 at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts when Stephen Kabakos and Anthony Von did their back to back Elvis tribute together on stage for the first time in a 2 hour frenzy. Fans were unglued. As one would leave the stage singing one song, the other would come from the opposite side of the stage singing another. Bang bang bang...in your face. Two of the greatest ETAs from Canada to ever grace the stage. Fire, energy, handsome beyond compare, live 5 piece band and it never quit. 50s-70s and then finally when the fans couldn't take it anymore...they did the jumpsuit finale together. It was sensational. They recreated it again in 2001 but it was not of the same momentum, although still fabulous but their debut show in 2000, we had the best Canadian ETAs, at the time, on stage, in a theatre that cannot be beaten, with a band that was unstoppable and Anthony and Stephen put on the show of all shows. There are many great shows out there, many many fabulous experiences but THAT show, in my opinion and in the opinions of anyone who saw it, because it was a legendary moment; it ranks up there as the best show ever.

Now...if you're asking about the best Tribute show....bar none...Rockin' Thru the Ages from Brantford Ontario Canada.

I had the pleasure of seeing Rockin' Thru the Ages in February of this year. 12 piece band. 6 musicians and 6 singers. Salutes to Elvis, Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, the Beatles, the Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Grace Slick, Janis Joplin, Joni Mitchell, the Band, AC/DC, Neil Young, Elton John, Bob Dylan and Led Zeppelin.

This show is ON FIRE. The band, feasibly, the best rock and roll band in the buz and their guitartist, Tyler Wilson, plays like Scotty Moore...he's just fabulous. 9 guys and 3 gals. All live with live music and a video screen behind of vintage pics of the stars and of the genre and era they are doing. In your face amazing light show, all choroegraphed to the music...the whole show was and is the best out there. I don't believe there is any of it on Youtube. If you are from Ontario or in the area, be sure to check this showcase out. It will quite simply, blow your socks off!! :)

We have 2 that we like the best . First would be Ray Covey for we have know him for 20 yrs. Second would be Travis Ledoyt, whom we met for the first time a couple yrs ago & have seen a few times . He is the best young Elvis you will ever see.
