Are you a Tribute Artist or a fan of Tributes Artists?: Fan

About Me:: Well actually I am both a fan and a Tribute Artist. I use to perform with an ETA and I did Elvis Songs in Sign Language which was my Tribute - so though I didn't wear black leather or sideburns I was doing everything other ETA's do but just with my hands. I of course need Elvis or someone else to sing the words. I tried to put as much feeling and movement in the songs as I could - it wasn't a stand still job. My best Friend, Lisa and I also do some back up routines to some of the songs and mingled with the crowd. I have also helped with other ETA's in any way that I can taking pictures, inspiring, promoting, writing - I love being a support person as much as I did a performer. Lisa and I are sometimes known as the Elvis Diva Chick Twins. We have been in Memphis for Tribute Week since 2003 when we performed on the stage at the tent.

My favorite tribute artist is...: Robert Glass but then I am a little prejudiced, I hope you enjoy his music on this page. I think each one has their own quality that brings something special to a tribute. I have several good and special friends that are ETA's so it is safest to stay with the one that brung you to the dance. LOL I hope to add some of his videos soon.

ETA's the whys and their futue

The Future of the ETA's----huhmmmmm - -As long as there are Elvis fans there will always be ETA's because even tho Elvis left us around 900 recorded songs and different versions of some and 32 movie/documentaries he was himself involved in and a few television shows, there will still always be the need or the desire at least to just try to see that same spirit in person. Elvis. Why Elvis? Why is he so popular after 29 years? Why do people still care? Right now there are thousands of people in Memphis who are there this week just to celebrate Elvis, his music and his life. They come from all points on this planet (if there are truly space aliens I am sure there are some from Mars or Venus in Memphis this week too) for one joint purpose.
